Course Narrative
Through this course I was able to develop communicative language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing through readings and discussions of authentic Hispanic cultural and literary texts. This class was really interesting and I learned a lot and gained lots of new skills. Like the other classes I have taken past semesters it has helped me a lot with my major specially with my emphasis. Through this course I was able to satisfy one of the major learning objectives MLO 2 which helped me develop an understanding of the structure of the Spanish language and this course was able to use an appropriate level of formality according to the situation, whether in writing or in speech. I really enjoyed this class, I was able to improve my writing and speaking skills through a variety of projects, essays, tests and presentations. I still need to better my speaking, develop a higher vocabulary, and I need to further my speaking skills.
(The following completed and graded assignments illustrate my development in the area of linguistics)
